Returns Policy

We aim to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please report any discrepancies within 48 hours of receiving your goods.

Return Conditions

• Only goods purchased within 28 days will be considered for return.
• All returns may be subject to a handling charge.
• Returned goods must be in their original packaging and in good condition: unused, unopened, and undamaged.
• Goods with an expiry or best-before date may be declined for return.
• It is the customer's responsibility to return the stock and ensure it is appropriately packed.
• Refunds or replacements can only be issued upon receipt and approval of returned goods.
