You can return most items within 28 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging unless the item arrived damaged or faulty. Some returns may be subject to a handling/re-stocking charge.
Certain items cannot be returned (for example: non stock items, supplier order only).
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect. We reserve the right to deduct the cost of F.O.C. shipping from the refund amount.
If you'd like to exchange an item, contact us and we'll confirm availability. In most cases, exchanges follow the same process as returns.
